José Watch #1

This morning José, who makes my morning cappucino, was singing a scat version of 'Jerusalem', while tossing a whole cabbage in a large metal scale-pan. José's an entertainment series in himself, and were I to understand Spanish then no doubt it would take it to a whole new level. As it is, my grasp of the language is limited to "feliz navidad," which is not often appropriate.

Anyway, José, Delores and friends provide my morning entertainment, for which I am ever grateful. Long may they reign.
